A new concept never seen before in Strasbourg!

A breath of fresh air is blowing through the Hôtel Hannong… The Black & Wine is about to turn a page to write the next chapter in its history. From September 2025 onwards, we’ll be introducing a new, lively and surprising concept – at the crossroads of refinement, conviviality and audacity.

Our new bar, conceived as a place to live and experience, promises to shake up the codes of the Strasbourg scene.

But hush… we won’t tell you more for now. While we wait for the opening, our team invites you to our cosy “Années 30” lounge, for a moment of relaxation over a carefully selected glass of wine, and a gourmet slate to share.
