At the crossroads between bar and restaurant, BRIO – The Chefs’ Bar celebrates Strasbourg’s gastronomic scene in a splendid setting inspired by the 1930s and imbued with the artistic heritage of Sophie Taeuber.

Here, five exceptional Strasbourg chefs and two talented pastry chefs showcase their expertise through gourmet tapas, allowing guests to travel through several culinary worlds in one evening.

Tuesday to Thursday from 6pm to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 1am.
